I am semi-retired. I enjoy helping people to live a healthy lifestyle. Personally, I enjoy skiing, running, biking, softball and golf. Actually, most sports.

My favorite Koko program is Rob Parr’s Building a Better Body 2. This program REALLY pushes you beyond your comfort zone. If you strength train 2 to 3 times per week with this program, you will definitely see an increased strength gain.
